I don’t do refunds

I only accept payments through PayPal (for now)

All my commissions include my signature

I ALWAYS publish the finished works, if you want me to tag you in it, tell me before finishing the commission,(If you want your commission piece kept private I will charge a 25% more of the final price of your piece.)

My art can’t be edited (no color changes, background swaps, redrawing parts, or tracing)

My art is for personal use only, not commercial (we can negotiate about it)

I’ll only start the commission once full payment (100%) is received

Major changes can only be made during the sketch phase; color changes are only allowed during the flat color stage

Extra charges may apply for complex objects, outfits, designs, backgrounds, or excessive revisions

You must be 18+ for commissioning NSFW art.

Commissions are always digital

Changes after the piece is finished cost 25% or more when the final product is ready. I ONLY DO CHANGES FOR FREE if it’s my mistake. (example: I totally forgot a tattoo, or paint your right ear in white and not blue) that’s when I can make edits for free and This doesn't concern art style)

Full sized finished picture will be sent on your email so PLEASE download it Because I'll delete it from my docs later.

If you want a custom character or reference sheet, you MUST be sure of what you want. This includes the color palette and character details; otherwise, it will take me more time to complete the commission. Indecision is frustrating, and having to make repeated changes because of it is too. I can provide a maximum of three free revisions during the concept sketch stage.

After those three changes, you are required to decide on the final design.

If additional changes are required, these will increase the cost exponentially.

I reserve the right to post alternates of the image in my PortFolio

I reserve the right to use rejected sketches for pieces for future works and YCH auctions.

I reserve the right to refuse service or cancel a commission without a refund to those who Constant pressure,harassment,spam,etc.,(I always send progress updates, also upload updates to my Trello board, you don't need to pester me daily. I suffer from anxiety and this type of behavior leads me to suffer burnout. This is my only job and I cannot afford unnecessary delays/troubles.)

I retain the rights to the artwork, which includes publish the artwork in an art book, post the image to my public gallery, etc. portfolios (unless the art is private, of course)
